The Streaming Video Solution consists of a 1-3 minute, full motion video that is “streamed” over the web via an online video player such as Media Player or Real Player. The streaming videos are enhanced with a companion “flash” presentation that is similar to an automated PowerPoint presentation. This flash presentation is often used to highlight key messages or statistics that deserve extra promotion as the video plays. The entire streaming video/flash presentation appears online in a “pop-up” box called a “skin” that encompasses roughly a quarter of a typical desktop screen.

Once produced, the versatility of the streaming video is limitless. It can be linked to virtually anywhere online including splash pages, job postings, and even online postcards e-mailed to candidates. Furthermore, the streaming video skins can be reproduced onto CDs and played at career events or handed out to prospective candidates in lieu of a traditional brochure.
