Happy New Year. Right?

The balloons slowly drift from the ceiling, champagne corks pop, and everyone is dancing. What’s that? It’s January 28, and the party is over. My bad, I didn’t notice the time slip. We’ve been busy prepping our clients for a year of change.

Recruitment advertising diversification is a top priority in 2026 as we steer our clients through the changing sentiment toward legacy partners and prep them to capitalize on emerging solutions including Leoforce, Tink, SonicJobs, JobLeap, Wonderkind, Bandana, Resume-Library, Placed, Resume Wallet, and Boomband, while taking a fresh look at established partner solutions from LinkedIn, did someone say Monster? And the folks at ZipRecruiter who promise to surprise the naysayers this year.

But wait, there’s more. With the promise of OpenAI entering the job board space, obviously leveraging advanced AI to match candidates with organizations and their soon-to-launch SEM in ChatGPT, not to mention the continued growth of Job AEO encroaching on Job SEO, we have our hands full, but we are ready for what comes next and uniquely positioned to capitalize on what the future holds.

With our history of data-driven decision making and an appetite to be at the forefront of what’s next, our agency is on a mission to implement performance-based strategies with these and other new solutions that promise increased competition, improved ROI, and the potential to shake up an industry that has become too complacent.
